Our assignments will vary greatly depending on your needs. They may comprise only one or two of our services or they may require action across our suite of services. What is certain is that we will take the time upfront to work with you to accurately identify your needs and how the assignment will meet those needs. Below is an example of how a broader assignment – comprising a number of our services – might look.
EXAMPLE ONLY. You are planning to send a small team of consultants to Columbia to support a large scale building project you have recently won. On request, and to further develop senior management’s situational awareness, we will provide you with up-to-date intelligence and a detailed geopolitical analysis of Columbia, relevant to your operations. We would deploy an individual consultant (or a small team depending on the scale of the assignment) to the area of operations and extensively survey every aspect of the country that will reasonably touch on your team from the moment they step into the arrival hall in El Dorado International Airport, to the moment they leave the country.
Based on the survey we would then prepare a comprehensive security risk assessment and report, including recommended risk controls. We may then conduct personal security awareness training for your team as well as prepare Corporate Traveller Security Plans (CTSP) for them detailing the steps they are to take in the event of any number of incidents occurring. These CTSP would be linked seamlessly to your Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for the country as well as your Crisis Management Team (CMT) procedures. We would also ensure your ERPs are up to date and relevant to the current risk and threat profile of the area of your Columbian operations and, through briefings and training, ensure your CMT is ready to meet and deal with any foreseeable threat to your Columbian operations.
We might also monitor the movements of your team, providing you with a 24-hour awareness of their location and status, as well as feeding back to the team real-time alerts about any developments in the country or local area that may affect them. Depending on the level of risk we may accompany the team to provide discreet security advisory services or, where necessary, overt protection. Our job finishes when your team are all home safe and secure.
